Terms of Service

Last updated: August 7, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flixmonster account and sync service and this website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Flixmonster provides an account that syncs your personal settings, profiles, library, watch progress, and your own add-on and plugin configurations across the devices where you sign in. The Service stores and relays your configuration; it does not host, provide, or distribute any media content itself.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, keep it current, and notify the operator promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or its underlying systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including through automated abuse, scraping, or excessive request volume;
  • reverse engineer or circumvent security, rate-limiting, or access controls except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law;
  • use the Service to store or distribute unlawful content.

4. Third-party add-ons and content

The Service lets you configure third-party add-ons, plugins, and sources that you choose and control. Those third parties are not operated by or affiliated with Flixmonster, and Flixmonster does not endorse, review, or take responsibility for the content, availability, legality, or conduct of any third-party service you connect. You are solely responsible for the sources you add and for ensuring your use of them is lawful in your jurisdiction.

5. Open-source software

The Flixmonster application is built on open-source software and is distributed under its applicable open-source licenses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights granted to you under those licenses. Attributions and license notices are available within the application.

6. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of any data you consider important.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. The operator may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be directed to the site operator at justusron@yahoo.com.
